Each time a charge is used, it will increase a spell's accuracy and damage by 10%, or only accuracy by 20% if it deals no damage. Casting non-combat standard spells or any spell from other spellbooks spell requiring water runes will provide infinite runes and not consume any charges, including Ice spells. Players may remove the pages from the tome should they wish to do so.

An empty tome of water, fish barrel, tackle box, or big harpoonfish can be traded in to the Retired sailor for 25 soaked pages each.
