The insurance protects the full purchase price of the account but does not cover the account's associated wealth, including items and gold. To keep the insurance valid, the account must remain registered with one of our company emails. Changing the email to yours will void the insurance, but you can choose to change only the password to retain coverage. Claims can be filed through our customer support team and are investigated within 48 hours.

If the account is reclaimed by the original owner and returned promptly, no refund will be granted. RPGStash Insurance is non-transferable and will be void if the original payment is disputed through your bank or if the account is sold, traded, or shared outside of our website.

How can I ensure that the account won't be recovered, locked, banned, or has no offences?

Once the account is linked to your email, it becomes fully yours, with no risk of the original owner recovering it. Any prior offences will be clearly stated in the account description. However, we do not guarantee that the account will never be banned, locked, or otherwise made inaccessible, as we cannot control your behaviour once you have gained full access to the account.
