RS3 Everlight Digsite Complete Mystery Guide

Mysteries are an essential part of the skill, Archaeology. Each dig site has a bunch of mysteries that the player can solve and gain benefits for solving. Also the player will be able to complete an achievement if they solve all the mysteries in a given digsite. Here is a quick guide on how you can solve all the mysteries at the Everlight Digsite.

Everlight Mysteries

Queen of the Icyene

This mystery requires level 42 Archaeology. Once you have this level make your way to the Everlight dig site. This mystery requires you to find 4 Queen’s journal pages so follow these simple steps: 

1. Make your way to the prodromoi or monoceros remains and start digging until you receive one of the pages. Read and transcribe the page.

• Monoceros remains - Level 48 Archaeology

• Prodromoi remains - Level 42 Archaeology

2. Talk to Vanescula Drakan near the base camp.

3. Return to the locations and dig until you find all 4 pages.

4. Once you’ve read and transcribed all 4 pages, return to Banescula and speak about mysteries, select the option more and the mystery will be completed.

You will be rewarded with 2.1K Archaeology experience.

Fallen Angels

Another really simple mystery that requires you to dig up two separate items, so to start:

1. Excavate either prodromoi or monoceros remains until you find the icyene remains.

2. After finding the remains, make your way to Vanescula Drakan and talk to her.

3. After the conversation, continue your excavation until you find a frying pan’. 

4. Go to a workbench and restore this artefact.

5. Bring both of these items and head to the graveyard near the base camp.

6. Use the items on the rectangular grave and go back to Vanescula to complete this mystery.

After completing this mystery you will be rewarded with 2,1K Archaeology experience.

Fall and Rise

Another super easy mystery where you will have to collect 5 Athlete’s journal pages.

1. Excavate any of the locations below until you find all 5 journal pages:

• Stadio debris - Level 61 Archaeology

• Dominion Games Podium - Level 69 Archaeology

2. After gathering all the pages, speak to Vanescula Drakan about it to complete the mystery.

You will be rewarded with 5.1K Archaeology experience.

The Dour of Bable

Another simple mystery that involves the player collecting all 4 Archon’s journal pages.

1. Gather all 4 journal pages from the following excavation sites:

• Oikos studio debris - Level 72 Archaeology

• Oikos fishing hut remains - Level 84 Archaeology

2. After gathering all the pages, make your way to Vanescula Drakan to complete your myster.

You will be awarded with 10K Archaeology experience.

The Epic of Hebe

Another really simple one which requires the player to gather all 5 Epic of hebe excerpts.

1. Make your way to either the acropolis debris which requires level 92 Archaeology or the bibliotheke debris which requires level 109 Archaeology and start digging.

• Acropolis debris

• Bibliotheke debris

2. Make your way to Vanescula Drakan and talk to her about the mystery to finish this one.

Completing this mystery will reward you with 23K Archaeology experience.

Hallowed Be…

We have two mysteries left for this digsite and both of them are complicated compared to the previous ones. For this mystery you will need to have level 105 in Archaeology.

1. Bring your dominion torch with you and head to the Acropolis, south of Everlight. Once there, enter the door by interacting with the sconce.

2. Once in, first walk west, this will trigger a message saying that the mystery has been unlocked. Continue going north, until you reach the rubble.

3. After hopping over the rubble, dive into the water which is to the east of the damaged mosaics. Make sure both of your hands are free. If you also have a diving outfit it will complete an achievement.

4. You will see that there are three cogs on the ground. One in the north, one in west and the last one in south. Pick them up and repair the nearest broken mechanisms one by one.

5. Return to the surface.

6. For the next part you will need to have a restored Hallowed be the everlight painting. If you do not have this in your bank, you can excavate it from the Stockpiled art excavation hot spot. You will also need to have 300 mosaic pieces which can be found by excavating the optimatio remains or the stockpiled art hotspots. Both of these locations are in the underwater cave.

7. Restore the damaged mosaics by using your pieces.

8. After repairing the mosaics you can activate the lighthouse elevator. Use it to go up and solve the mystery.

Congratulations you have solved the mystery. You will be rewarded with 49K Archaeology experience.

The Everlight

This is the last and the most complicated mystery of this dig site. First of all you will need at least level 105 in Archaeology and level 40 in Construction to complete this mystery. Furthermore you will need to have the mystery “Hallowed Be…” completed. You will also need to have the following artefacts restored:

• Kantharos cup - Requires level 72 Archaeology, can be extracted from the Oikos studio debris.

• Prodromoi buckler - Requires level 48 Archaeology, can be extracted from any excavation hotspot that is in the Everlight digsite.

• Hetairio buckler - Requires level 42 Archaeology, can be extracted from any excavation hotspot that is in the Everlight digsite.

• Psiloi buckler - Requires level 42 Archaeology, can be extracted from any excavation hotspot that is in the Everlight digsite.

• Optimatoi buckler - Requires level 42 Archaeology, can be extracted from any excavation hotspot that is in the Everlight digsite.

• Dominion torch - Requires level 69 Archaeology, can be extracted from the dominion games podium excavation hotspot.

• White marble x10

After securing these items you can start the mystery.

1. Make your way to the Statue of Padosan and repair it using your white marbles and a dominion torch.

2. Open the statue to receive a gold Dominion medal.

3. Head to the Falador castle and hand over the gold medal to Padomenes. He will give you the information required for the next step.

4. Head to the Everlight lighthouse and go up the elevator. Place your artefacts on the brackets on the murals on the wall to unlock the puzzle. (If you have destroyed any bucklers before, you can talk to Vanescula Drakan for a new one.)

5. Now you will need to solve this puzzle. The goal of the puzzle is to position each shield such that  the characters on the murals are golding the shields. Leaving the room will reset the puzzle. If you are lazy here is the solution to this puzzle:

• Activate the middle control in the northern row.

• Activate the middle control in the northern row.

• Activate the western control in the southern row.

• Activate the southern control in the eastern row.

• Activate the middle control in the western row.

• Activate the eastern control in the northern row.

• Activate the middle control in the eastern row.

• Activate the northern control in the western row.

• Activate the eastern control in the southern row.

• Activate the middle control in the eastern row.

• Activate the southern control in the western row.

• Activate the western control in the southern row.

• Activate the southern control in the eastern row.

6. Once done, take the elevator and head upstairs. Take the Everlight whilst having a kantharos cup in your backpack to solve this mystery.

Congratulations you have just completed all the mysteries in the Everlight digsite. You are awarded with 49K Archaeology experience and the ability to use the Heightened senses relic power.
