Hosted in the city of Brimhaven next to Musa Point, the Brimhaven Agility Arena is an Agility-training minigame that allows you to complete an always-changing obstacle course to collect tickets. With a recent update that changed much of the minigame's mechanics and rewards, it is an excellent place for anyone looking to train their Agility.
One of the few Agility courses that isn't a predefined rooftop course, you can access the Brimhaven Agility Arena off-the-bat at 1 Agility. But be warned: you can still take damage and die if you are not careful, so Hardcore Ironman Accounts should remain cautious.

Brimhaven Agility Arena Explained
The Brimhaven Agility Arena can be accessed from the small hut in the northeast portion of Brimhaven, where Cap'n Izzy No-Beard and Pirate Jackie the Fruit run it. You can quickly reach there by teleporting to Karamja with an Amulet of Glory or taking the charter to Brimhaven and running east.
It costs 200gp to enter the Arena each time, which you can pay to Cap'n Izzy No Beard.
This minigame involves traversing a large grid of obstacles. The goal is to collect tickets from the active dispenser before the time runs out. The dispenser you need to "tag" will also be marked with a blinking arrow on the minimap.
The arena is a five-by-five gridded area where you must cross obstacles to reach the next pillar. As mentioned, since each dispenser will only be active briefly, you should always know how far you are from the next dispenser.
Gear Setup
Since this is an Agility-based minigame that involves a lot of running, it is advised to wear the most weight-reducing gear possible, with the Graceful Outfit being the best choice. If you do not have full Graceful unlocked yet, you can use a Spotted/Spottier Cape or the Boots of Lightness to reduce your weight further.
In your inventory, you should have a few thousand gp, so you can easily enter/exit the Arena if needed to check rewards. You should also use Summer Pies, Stamina Potions, and some cheap food to heal yourself if you fail an obstacle.
Efficient foods that can be used include Baskets of Strawberries or Cakes, which are both cheap and can allow you to heal lots of gp over a long period of time.
If you have them bring any of the Karamja Gloves for increased experience when completing obstacles and the chance to get an extra ticket.
General Tips & Advice
Regarding the Agility Arena, speed and efficiency are the key. There are dozens of different obstacles between the pillars, all of which you will start to learn where to click to cross as quickly as possible.
Each time you tag a dispenser, you will get oneAgility Arena Ticket and Brimhaven Voucher. You will also earn a specific amount of Agility experience based on your current Agility level.
Once you tag a dispenser, you must wait until the timer runs out before locating and tagging the next one. Therefore, completing other side activities like Fletching, High-Alching, or repeatedly casting Magic Imbue is recommended.
If you happen to fail an obstacle, you can climb a nearby rope by each of the pillars to get back up to the main Arena.
Suppose you want even more Agility experience than you are already getting. In that case, you can repeatedly cross back and forth a nearby obstacle to keep earning experience while you wait for the next dispenser.
Out of all the obstacles, the Dart Trap Obstacle will drain your Agility level by two if you fail it. Thus, you should bring ample Agility-boosting supplies (Stamina Potions/ Summer Pies) or try to avoid them as much as possible.
Brimhaven Agility Arena Rewards
The amount of Agility experience earned is based on your current Agility level. At 1 Agility, you can expect only around 5k-10k at early levels, maxing out between 65k-68k Agility experience per hour at 99 Agility.
As mentioned, each time you tag a ticket dispenser, you will get both an Agility Ticket and a Brimhaven Voucher.
For each Agility Ticket you get, they can be turned in to Pirate Jackie the Fruit for either 345exp or 380exp (depends on if you are wearing either Karamja Gloves 2 or higher).
Brimhaven Vouchers can also be turned into Pirate Jackie the Fruit to purchase the rewards she has to sell. Pirate Jackie's shop includes:
