The world of Gielinor holds a lot more secrets than it seems. One of them is the elusive Puro-Puro. This special area holds lots of fun rewards but the challenge with Puro-Puro is finding it. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get to Puro-Puro from Gielinor. We’ll first talk about what this place is.
What Is Puro-Puro OSRS?
Puro-Puro serves as the enchanted home plane of the mischievous implings, notorious for pilfering various items from Gielinor's citizens before escaping to Puro-Puro. However, not all implings successfully navigate their way back and may find themselves trapped on Gielinor. In recent times, the portals leading to Puro-Puro have stayed open long enough for adventurers to discover and explore this magical realm.
The primary location for the Impetuous Impulses minigame is the labyrinth of wheat that constitutes Puro-Puro. Remarkably, completion of the Lost City quest is not a prerequisite for entry when players use one of the crop circles scattered across the world. Utilizing these overworld crop circles not only provides entry but also bestows the 'Farmer's Affinity' bonus. This bonus grants players a 30-minute buff, enhancing their speed while traversing the barriers of magical wheat, facilitating a more efficient pursuit of implings. To locate the current overworld crop circle, adventurers can consult the wandering impling in Zanaris.
There are two Trailblazer Reloaded achievements related to Puro-Puro. One is to catch 50 Implings for 40 points and the other is to catch 200 Implings for 80 points.
How To Get To Puro-Puro
To reach Puro-Puro, step through the center of a crop circle if you have at least level 17 Hunter. If you've completed the Lost City quest, a permanent portal to Puro-Puro is waiting in the wheat field east of the fairy ring in Zanaris.
Keep an eye out for crop circles randomly appearing in certain wheat fields across Gielinor. You can pinpoint their locations by using the right-click "Check-gates" option on the wandering impling in the Zanaris wheat field. These crop circles are temporary and stay in the same spot for about 15 minutes. Afterward, they move to the next wheat field following a fixed rotation.
Here are possible locations for crop circles to appear.

Getting Through Puro-Puro Maze
In Puro-Puro, you'll find a vast maze made of magical wheat hedges, home to a multitude of implings of different types. Your mission in the Impetuous Impulses minigame is to chase these playful implings and snatch their treasures. As you step into Puro-Puro, you'll come across the gnome investigator known as the Elnock Inquisitor near the crop circle at the maze's center. He offers advice, instructions, and useful equipment for your pursuit.
The maze's magical nature causes it to constantly shift, with new hedges and passages emerging every few minutes. Your mini-map won't be much help here, as it darkens, offering no guidance in navigating the labyrinth. The walls of the maze consist of rows of wheat that periodically wither away or rapidly grow back, shaping your path.
For a more direct approach, you can push through the magical wheat walls. The speed at which you move through these obstacles depends on your Strength skill, influencing your chance of efficiently overcoming the hedge. There are three possible outcomes, each with a different push duration: the most efficient lasts 6 ticks (3.6 seconds), the medium one 8 ticks (4.8 seconds), and the slowest 10 ticks (6 seconds).
The first two outcomes also grant a small amount of Strength experience, but only if you've talked to Elnock Inquisitor to opt in for Strength experience.
If you've traveled through a crop circle appearing in a specific wheat field on Gielinor, you'll receive the Farmer's Affinity bonus. This bonus enhances your movement through Puro-Puro's wheat barriers for 30 minutes. It speeds up pushing through magical wheat by precisely 3 ticks compared to normal push time. The fastest push now takes 3 ticks (1.8 seconds), while the slowest takes 7 ticks (4.2 seconds), instead of the usual 10 ticks (6 seconds).
The Farmer's Affinity timer continues even after leaving Puro-Puro, allowing you to enter a crop circle, get the bonus, leave, and then re-enter through the Zanaris wheat field to benefit from any remaining bonus time.
Challenge Puro-Puro Now
Puro-Puro is just one of the many rewarding challenges you can take in OSRS. Getting to it might be difficult but at least now you know what to do the next time you want to visit the maze and the implings.
