There are lots of special items in OSRS and each of them will help you get a few points on your HP, as well as other bonuses that can help out in many situations. There's never a shortage of food in Gielinor but if you want to maximize your potential, look for a few special ones in the game.
If you're on the lookout for the best food to eat, consider looking for magic cabbages in the world.
What Are Magic Cabbages?
Cabbages are a regular food that you can find in many places in Gielinor. Eating one nets you 1 hit point. On the other hand, we have magic cabbages. Aside from healing you, magic cabbages also give you a Defence boost of at least 1 to 2. While these items aren't particularly special, it's important to eat at least once for Trailblazer Reloaded. Eating one will net you 10 points but make sure to do this after you've unlocked Asgarnia.
How To Eat A Magic Cabbage In OSRS?
Magic cabbages are located in Draynor Manor which is a haunted mansion that you can find north of Draynor Village. The best and fastest way to get to it is by using the Draynor Manor Teleport using the Arceuus spellbook. Alternatively, you can also use the fairy ring code DIP to get there.
Once inside the manor, look for the cabbage patch which is in the western area. You'll know you're in the right place if you see a sign that says 'Do not pick the cabbages.”
Magic cabbages are surrounded by regular cabbages. You can distinguish one by its darker green color. It will also sparkle compared to regular cabbages. Beware though as there's a level 28 skeleton that's guarding the cabbage patch. It should be an easy fight but if you want to avoid it, you can use an agility shortcut nearby to escape.
Magical Food Makes You Stronger!
Magic cabbages are a commodity in OSRS. With Trailblazer Reloaded, you'll at least have another reason to go out of your way and eat this special item. That's 10 points to your name after all!
