How To Craft A Snelm - OSRS Trailblazer Reloaded

Completing all of the tasks in Trailblazer Reloaded League in OSRS is going to take a lot of time and effort. If you want to get those done one by one, you'll eventually come across a task that requires you to craft a snelm. The task is simple enough but of course, not everyone knows how to craft a snelm.

What Is A Snelm

A snelm is a mix of the words snail and helm and as expected, it pretty much looks like a helmet made out of a snail's shell. To be able to craft this item, you'll need to meet a few requirements first. Those requirements are:

• Crafting Level 15
• A chisel
• A shell of a snail from Mort Myre swamp

To complete the task, you'll first also have to unlock Morytania. We're now going to take you through the steps to start crafting a snelm of your own. A snelm can also give you considerable defenses against the snails in Morytania.

How To Craft A Snelm

First off, to unlock Morytania you'll need to be a member.

To access Morytania for the first time, you have two options. You can either complete the Priest in Peril quest or take an alternative route by killing a ghoul in the mausoleum below Paterdomus. Head to the stairs in the graveyard located north of the temple to access the mausoleum. After defeating the ghoul, you must then proceed through the holy barrier, which acts as a protective boundary, preventing Morytania's dark forces from entering Misthalin. This alternative method provides you with an entry point into Morytania without completing the Priest in Peril quest.

Once that's done and you've increased your Crafting to 15, it's time to get the materials. Chisels are available for purchase at the price of 1 coin in all general stores, excluding those in Dorgesh-Kaan and East/West Ardougne. Additionally, there are free chisel spawns in various locations: the Crafting Guild, Wizard Cromperty's house in the northeast of East Ardougne, and at the dense essence mine. For members with a Construction level of 15 or higher, crafting a Tool store 1 in the workshop room of their house provides an unlimited supply of chisels.

As for the shell, you can get them from snails found in Mort Myre swamp or the Haunted Woods.

One Snelm Is All You Need

Crafting tasks in OSRS are particularly easier compared to others. Once you've got the requirements done, there's not much else that's preventing you from completing the task. Now, you're one step closer to doing all of the Trailblazer Reloaded tasks.
