Needless to say, that's a lot of Farming Contracts. Let's not delay things and let's talk about what these are and how you can complete them.
What Are Farming Contracts?
Guildmaster Jane, the respected leader and founder of the Farming Guild. She plays a key role when it comes to Farming and contracts. In her capacity as the guildmaster, she offers a detailed overview of the three wings, laying out the features that await eager adventurers like yourself.
One of your main interactions with Guildmaster Jane involves the issuance of Farming contracts. These contracts task you with cultivating specific crops within the guild. Successfully completing a contract earns you a seed pack, containing a variety of seeds upon opening. Notably, you can use boosts to accept contracts even if your Farming level falls below the usual requirement. Guildmaster Jane maintains fairness in assigning contracts, considering all eligible players equally, irrespective of specific crop requirements.
The completion criteria for contracts depend on the type of crop assigned. For crops with health checking, the contract concludes when you inspect the crop's health. On the flip side, for other crops, the contract is fulfilled when you harvest the final item from the patch. If you receive a contract for a crop you've already tended to, you'll need to plant a new seed and wait for it to grow. Interestingly, if you're assigned a crop that's already planted but not checked or harvested, it still counts as completing the contract.
In instances where the assigned contract proves challenging or undesirable, you have the option to cancel it by asking Guildmaster Jane for an easier task. She'll graciously switch the contract to one of a lower level, presenting you with a more manageable challenge. However, it's important to note that easy contracts cannot be canceled. To stay informed about your progress, simply inquire with Guildmaster Jane to learn the number of contracts you've successfully completed.
Best Strategy For Farming Contracts
If you've pre-grown certain time-consuming crops and refrain from checking their health or harvesting them, you have the opportunity to swiftly earn credit for a contract immediately after finishing the previous one. This can be repeated for multiple contracts in a row.
For instance, let's say you wrap up a snapdragon contract and promptly receive a redwood contract. Instead of waiting for the redwood to grow over several days or forfeiting the contract (resulting in a less rewarding seed pack), you can promptly fulfill it by checking the redwood's health. Then, you can seamlessly move on to the next contract. By ensuring all your patches are pre-grown and replacing them as you complete contracts, you significantly enhance the number of contracts you can tackle within a given timeframe.
You've Got A Long Way To Go!
Completing 150 Farming Contracts is no easy feat so you'll have to get started as early as now. The good news is that you can do it by bulk and you don't need to complete all of it i one go.
