What are Diablo 4 Runewords
In the Vessel of Hatred expansion for Diablo 4, a new Runewords system was introduced. Runes are special slottable items that can be placed into gear instead of standard gems. Runes will drop in two different forms, Ritual Runes and Invocation Runes.
Ritual Runes and Invocation Runes together in the same item make up a Runeword. Unlike Diablo 2's system, these are not hidden, but rather powerful effects that slot into a specific combination of runes. They are still powerful, but more deterministic and not hidden.
It is worth mentioning that you can only use two Runewords and one Rune copy at a time. While we can probably use up to four Runes in most two-handed builds, this limits their number and prevents them from taking over every available 2-slot item.

Runes of Ritual
1. Magic Ritual Runes (Condition Triggers) These Runes generate Offerings when specific actions are performed:
-Cem: Generate 75 Offering when you use Evade.
-Cir: Earn 50 Offering by casting the same non-channeled skill three times in a row.
-Moni: Generate 25 Offering by casting a skill after moving.
-Yax: Gain 200 Offering each time you drink a Healing Potion.
-Zan: Accumulate 150 Offering by casting an Ultimate skill.
2. Rare Ritual Runes: -Feo: Generate 1000 Offering when you become Injured or Crowd Controlled (cooldown: 20 seconds).
-Neo: Accumulate 300 Offering by dealing damage after avoiding hits for 5 seconds.
3. Legendary Ritual Runes: -Bac: Earn 50 Offering by moving 5 meters.
-Tam: Accumulate 25 Offering each time you cast a non-channeled core skill.
-Xol: Generate 150 Offering by evoking a skill from another class.
-Lum: Restores primary resources (requires 5 Offering).
-Xan: Guarantees the next attack will Critically Strike and Overpower (700 Offering).
-Yom: Casts the Druid’s Petrify, granting resource restoration (500 Offering)
Runes of Invocation
1. Magic Invocation Runes -Gar: 25 Offering, Gain 2.5% Critical Strike Chance for 5 seconds, up to 25%.
-Lum: 5 Offering, Restore 1 Primary Resource.
-Teb: 100 Offering, Evoke the Necromancer's Abhorrent lron Maiden.counterattacking damage from enemies and Healing you whenthey die.
-Tec: 100 Offering, Evoke the Barbarian's Earthquake, dealing damage to enemieswithin.
-Tun: 100 Offering: Evoke the Rogue's Stun Grenades, Stunning and dealingdamage to enemies.
-Ton: 20 Offering: Evoke the Sorcerer's Meteorites, dealing damage to enemies.
-Tal: 100 Offering: Evoke the Spiritborn's Pestilent Swarm, dealing damage toenemies.
-Ceh: 100 Offering: Summon a Spirit Wolf to attack enemies for 8 seconds.
2. Magic Invocation Runes -Lac: 800 Offering, Evoke the Barbarian's Challenging Shout, reducing yourdamage taken.
-Que: 300 Offering, Evoke the Druid's Earthen Bulwark, granting yourself a Barrier.
-Qua: 50 Offering, Gain 7% Movement Speed for 5 seconds, up to 30%.
-Xal: 200 Offering, Gain 20% Maximum Life for 6 seconds.
-Wat: 100 offering, Evoke the Necromancer's Horrid Decrepify, Slowing enemies,reducing their damage, and letting you Execute them.
-Qax: 400 Offering, Your next non-Basic Skill cast spends all of your PrimaryResource to deal up to 100% increased damage.
-Zec: 200 Offering, Reduce your active Ultimate Cooldown by 2 seconds.
-Ner: 600 Offering, Evoke the Rogue's Countering Concealment, gaining DodgeChance,Movement Speed,Unstoppable, and Stealth.
-Mot: 150 Offering, Gain a shadow from the Rogue's Dark Shroud, reducing damage taken per shadow.
-Thul: 400 Offering, Evoke the Sorcerer's Mystical Frost Nova, inflicting Freeze andWulnerable onto enemies.
-Tzic: 250 Offering, Evoke the Spiritborn's Concussive Stomp, dealing damage andKnocking Down enemies.
-Kry: 300 offering, Evoke the Spiritborn's Vortex, dealing damage and Pulling Inenemies.
3. Legendary Invocation Runes -Ohm: 600 Offering, Evoke the Barbarian's War Cry, increasing your MovementSpeed and damage dealt.
-Vex: 1000 Offering, Gain +3 to all Skills for 7 seconds.
-Xan: 800 Offering, Your next Skill cast will be a guaranteed Critical Strike andOverpower.
-Yom: 500 Offering, Evoke the Druid's Petrify, Stunning enemies and granting 100Resource.
-Eom: 100 Offering, Reduce your active Cooldowns by 0.1 seconds.
-Jah: 400 Offering, Replace your next Evade with the Sorcerer's Teleport, blinkingfurther,dealing damage,and becoming Unstoppable.
